back and keep doing it." Paula built her reputation as a popular, motivational instructor at Crunch, 24-Hour Fitness, and Nike World Headquarters.
Tired of the corporate fitness center grind, she has opened her own, more personalized indoor cycling gym.

Born to Ride Cycle & Fitness caters to a more low-key kind of clientele, with 50-minute classes geared to all skill levels. Paula has taken one type of group fitness out of the gym setting - creating an environment tha's anything but routine. Her workout-friendly studio keeps people fit and energized with top-notch instructors, awesome equipment, and the slogan, "Inspiration. Motivation. Dedication. Fun!"

Paula asked Menzel Design to translate her fitness dream into a dynamic image. Together we explored options for a logo, which led to developing Born to Ride's rock-and-roll website, interior colors, wall graphics, member scan cards, outdoor signage, flyers, and promotional advertising. Now the studio's marketing is in great shape.
